Nature Balsam Nail & Spa is a highly recommended nail salon in the Morristown/Morris Plains area, known for its cleanliness and friendly staff. Nature Balsam Nail & Spa offers excellent service and is a great place for a manicure or pedicure. The nail techs are super skilled and detailed, and you can really tell they care about the quality. The vibe inside the salon is relaxing, and everyone is friendly and professional. The space is super clean too. Customers are regularly frustrated that appointments with specific techs are not honored. While they do great work and their nail design is nice, sometimes when a customer asks ahead of booking for a specific tech, they are confirmed as working but then told upon arrival that the tech is not available or not working. This happens even when the date was a tech's regularly scheduled day off. The salon gets packed on the weekends, and it can make appointments useless when the salon is so busy, leading to waits up to 30 minutes past appointment times.
I absolutely love it here but please stop taking walk ins on the weekends (or at least less!). It makes making appointments useless when the salon is so busy. I don’t *love* the process of getting my nails done so I like to be in and out in under 2 hours, but I end waiting up to 30 mins past my appointment time sometimes. This place gets packed on the weekends as it is.
It’s been a week since my last visit, and it just suddenly came to mind — I literally started booking my next appointment for the week after next and realized I still hadn’t left a review!
I’ve been to Nature Balsam Nail & Spa a few times now, and honestly, I’ve loved it every single time. Every nail tech I’ve met here is super skilled and detailed — you can really tell they care about the quality.

I am a regular customer and wish I could make this a 5 star rating because they do great work and their nail design is nice as well but as a long time customer I am regularly frustrated that my appointments with specific techs are not honored. I will ask the question ahead of booking to ensure that a certain tech is working on the date of the appointment and they will confirm as such but then tell me when I arrive that the tech is not available or not working so I will need to see someone else. I understand emergencies when people are unable to work but have come to find out that several times the date I was asking was the persons regularly scheduled day off.
