Our central air failed on the hottest day of the year (Is it ever any other way? LOL). Gary came promptly and got us up and running. Needless to say, we are very grateful for his first-class, professional service.
I never write reviews but Ideal is a special place. We have had humidity in my home getting worse every year. Gary and his staff at Ideal could not have been better. They are compassionate, efficient, able to handle difficult situations, and just simply as good as it gets! I highly recommend them. They are an honest, hardworking establishment which almost doesn't exist any longer. Please use them!
Our central air started blowing warm and Ideal was recommended by some neighbors online. Carol Ann was very helpful when I called and Johnny came out the next day, even though they were super busy. He fixed it in under 30 minutes and we paid a very fair price. We were so happy with the service- highly recommend!
