The school's mission is to help students reach their full potential by developing their confidence, knowledge, focus, and strength through TaeKwonDo skills. With trained professionals, including Master Acevedo and Instructor Talia, the school provides high-quality self-defense and traditional TaeKwonDo classes for children and adults. The instructors are praised for their compassion, individualized teaching approaches, and ability to make learning fun. Students and parents alike have expressed their satisfaction with the school, staff, and progress made.
We cannot say enough great things about Cho’s legacy. Master Acevedo is a compassionate instructor who is absolutely wonderful with every student he encounters. He takes the time to understand everyone’s individual skill set and works with them to not only become a better TKD student but a better person. Our son has been with the school for a few years now and we continue to see positive growth attributed to his trainings. If you are taking the time to read this review, look no further. Cho’s is worth a try.
We are so grateful to Master Acevedo for everything he is doing during the pandemic. He is doing a superb job of making indoor classes safe for those participating at the school - spacing and attendance limits, cleaning between sessions, masks, etc. For those who are more comfortable at home, the zoom sessions are working seamlessly with the in person classes. When the weather is appropriate he offers outdoor classes as well. It’s tough to find ways to get kids moving and physically active now. We are so lucky to have this program for our kids.
Our 7yo has been taking martial arts here for about a year. Besides physical strength and coordination, we’ve seen her confidence grow. She challenges herself...and has fun doing it! Her 4yo brother loves it too! Master Acevedo seamlessly went virtual and now hybrid. He makes each kid feel special, even through the computer.
