Just ok, did two jobs for us the first was a normal price. The second, astronomically high and unfair. His mechanic is very unprofessional and unfriendly toward the home owner on two occasions. He was asked two questions and answered in a sarcastic snarky way. Look somewhere else for your plumbing needs. They're substandard.Service: Heating system repair

We have used Herb repeatedly over the years and the service has always been fine. They have always been very professional. Even so, I have never left a review before but felt I needed to after the last time he came. We had an exterminator come in recently and he somehow turned off the heat on our water heater. We only had cold water for the day after he came in. We called Herb's thinking we needed a new water heater and Herb came immediately knowing that cold water is a killer in the winter. Herb found the issue as just a value turned off and told my wife that was all that was wrong. He fixed the value and our hot water was back. One of the biggest fears with service industry people is their trustworthiness when things go wrong and after this I have no doubt about that with Herb. I was prepared for a new water heater and ready to pay hundreds in expenses and he came in, fixed the value settings and left. I will only use him from now on.
