Mr. Malik responded quickly and set up an appointment within the week to look at the damage and give us an estimate. He was very thorough and explained our options. Everyone we spoke with was polite and helpful. After we accepted the estimate and our choices were made, they started work within a week and were finished within the next week. The workers were very respectful and careful. Mr. Malik came by every day to check on the progress and keep us informed. Our basement looks beautiful. The workmanship and professionalism were great. Recently I had a problem with our boiler and called Tim Sweeney for the name of the boiler company, so I could contact them for service. Tim not only provided the information promptly but he also emailed the company, copying me, asking them to respond quickly to me. Harker Heating and Cooling called quickly, had a service tech arrive promptly, and resolved the problem quickly. I really appreciate Tim's willingness to help me out even after the project had been completed.“

“This was my first home purchase so I went into this with very little knowledge on what to expect. So naturally getting rehab work done on my house was an intimidating process.Right off the bat, we were in communication with each other and things were making great progress. My general contractor, Sully was attentive to what I wanted to get done and we got the ball rolling.We ran into typical issues one would expect during a house rehab and were able to traverse them fine. Whenever a problem came up, Sully would give me a ring and we'd discuss how to proceed.However an issue occured that put the brakes on the rehab. Something that had nothing to do with Matrix but it took over a month to get the city to address it.But once the issue was solved, we scheduled a time to bring their guys back in and finish up. If it weren't for that setback with the city, I think we would have finished ahead of schedule.“
