Was extremely friendly. Came fast and helped me. Did everything in his power to help me without spending a penny which was impossible in my case but he still tried. 10/10 would recommend to everyone

I locked myself out of my apartment and when other area locksmiths couldn’t come out they sent me to J. Eckert. Though Mr. Eckert was on his way to a personal appointment, he went out of his way to make a quick stop and see if he could do anything. He managed to open my door, even though he was rushing to make his appointment. When no one else could help, Mr. Eckert was the hero of my day and for his consideration to make time for a client, even when he had personal matters to see to, I give him my full recommendation.
