I have been into this store three separate times and every time the service has been stellar. I had bought two pairs of glasses online from WP because I didn't realize they had physical locations. I was able to bring in the glasses I had purchased online and have them make fitting adjustments. They fit so much better after even very small tweaks. I just got my new prescription and made sure to purchase my next set at the store in person. The sales person spent a long time letting me try on many different frames and they showed me exactly what would fit my face after they measured me with special equipment. I recently visited the store and had. Great experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the knowledgeable and attentive sales associate, Vicky. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses, meticulously searching through their extensive inventory to ensure I found the right shape and color to suit me. Additionally, the optometrist, Carla, provided excellent service by ensuring that my glasses fit correctly. I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordable price.
