Worst experience we ever had with CPA. Took the documents for tax return 3 weeks ago. Since then we contacted them several times, every time there was no clear ETA, besides vague commitment to be on time. We were not expecting last minute submission (normally it is a matter of days, not weeks). Last time we called yesterday. Where promised completion on April 15th and that they will call back tomorrow (which is today).Well, today is 15th, no-one called back and no-one answers the phone. Waiting for results of their work, but with that kind of reliability afraid to guess what the result will be.

They submitted my tax return end of day last day, and I already had to be out of state at the time (as it was delayed vs. expectations). I was due a refund for both state and federal. We were promised to receive submitted documents within a week, but we received documents they submitted on May 12th, after we had to push for it. After reviewing the documents, we found a number of mistakes, from misspelled last names, not removed extension requests, to messed up family income distribution. This Monday I received a letter that I own IRS money and late fees are due. State return was also different from what was submitted (also received a letter). After issues started, so far they never returned a single call as promised . Story continues, but my recommendation is strong avoid.
