The staff was very welcoming despite me arriving late. It was a little difficult to find. The sign says "Classic Nails". The massage chairs are great! The pedicure was excellent as well.The shoulder massage was one of the best I've ever had!

I have only had positive experiences here. I never really considered myself a regular at any particular nail salon, and I do not go very often. But, for the past few years I have only been going to Francesca's when I do get my nails done. I've never had any complaints and they are very nice.

THe best ! Amazing service very professional ! Love the Complimentary 10 min shoulder neck massage , Andy really has great hands Never have to wait if I have an appointment , which is very important when you hve small kids ! Love the cheaper prices for kids mani and pedi but they do a great job too!
