Excellent, excellent excellent. Great customer service. He was recommended in my mom's FB group so I called him because my water heater was leaking. He came the next day, assessed the problem, got me my part that day and repaired it. Super honest. Reasonable pricing.

Sam was amazing! He took his time, he is very meticulous and an all-around really nice guy. He is very polite and very respectful of your home. He helped us with an emergency, as well as a big plumbing project we had in our house. We will definitely hire him again in the future and if we ever have an emergency again, he would be our phone call!

Called Sam first thing this morning as we discovered our water heater was leaking at 11pm at night. Contacted Sam first thing in the AM and he responded right away with a time. Not only with one set time, but he even contacted us when he was running a little late. Came when he said, diagnosed the problem, got a new water heater and BOOM, we are set. Thanks so much Brimmy's Plumbing and Heating!! Definitely recommend and a great guy too.
