Thurgood always enjoys his half days at Pups at Play. I bring him sometimes to help him discharge all his extra energy. Although he’s 70 lbs., he stays with the small dogs (he gets along better with them). The staff is always accommodating and he behaves perfectly so I have no complaints at all.
We have been going to Pups at Play for years and it’s been okay. This review is a result of the most incredible experience I had last night with Michelle and Howard. This is for them!!
Enroute to come pick up my sweet girl, I was caught in massive, massive traffic due to a terrible accident on route 80 in PA. This left me in bumper to bumper traffic for 3 hours, going far past the closing time of daycare. Since my sweet girl has very strict medication, leaving her for an impromptu overnight is just not an option. Michelle was incredible to work with helped me find a solution, as well as navigating traffic from the maps she could see on her desktop!!!... read full review
Very first time at the day care. People are very nice/accommodating. Our dog Chocolate seemed to enjoy the experience. Will keep you posted..
I wanted to update. My dog Chocolate is in love with Pups@Play staff and clients. He has been at day care and boarding and is so happy every time he attends a program at your facility. There is something magical about this place. Lucky us, that we found such a beautiful, loving environment for Chocolate. Thank you!
