The couple who runs My Cleaners is wonderful and they do a fantastic job with our dry cleaning. We have been going to them for about 10 years for clothing, bedding, and drapery cleaning as well as basic alterations. Their service is excellent and our items are always ready when promised. We have been using MyCleaners exclusively every single week for 3 years now. Their pricing is great and their service is even better! Our clothes are always returned in perfect condition and very clean. Their customer service is also exceptional - they look for lost buttons, broken hems and stains and repair them without us having to ask. Not sure what Layla’s experience was, but mine has been 100% positive after more than 150 encounters (50 weeks x 3 years).
