Excellent workmanship. I took a vintage Gucci tote with a denim transfer stain to Montclair Shoe Repair and they were able to remove the stain at 1/3 the cost I was quoted by a famous NYC shop. Denim transfer stains are extremely difficult to remove particularly on vintage uncoated canvas. Montclair Shoe Repair was able to get it done - thank you! Happy Customer here!!!

Fantastic work for a fair price and the repairs were done in a week. I love these boots to death and I’m so glad I could just get them reheeled and resoled instead of trying to replace them

I have been gong to MSR for several years now. The owners are immigrants and very helpful. Spring appear stoic but Jenny has a very friendly disposition. It is obviously a mom and pop shop - they have limited hours on the weekend and evening.They also do not accept credit cards - just cash and check. And yes you need to leave a deposit.Knowing that and your expectations aligned with what they can deliver, they actually are very good.I bring all my Christian Louboutin shoes to be cleaned and shined and resoled with the mirror red sole so iconic for all Christian Louboutin shoes.I have referred many people to MSR.
