“I have been doing Wood gravity colonics religiously, for over a year, and personally find them to be the most effective healing method out there to help eliminate built up toxins and shift the body into a state of homeostasis.I have only been to two different Wood gravity colonic centers…Colon Hygiene Therapy in East Rutherford and Lotus Sky in Montclair. I was a regular at Colon Hygiene Therapy, getting weekly sessions for over a year straight, and recently decided to try Lotus Sky.Lotus Sky gave off a great first impression. There was ample parking right outside the building, the waiting area was peaceful, clean, and decorated beautifully, with dimmed lights, soothing music, as well as a pretty outside seating area. Overall, Lotus Sky gave off more of a spa-like feeling rather than a white sterile space.I’ve had two appointments so far and experienced no wait time. In fact, I was taken in several minutes before my session time. I was promptly greeted by the colon hydrotherapist, Hayat, and we ended up having a great conversation where I learned a bit about her and why she chose this profession. It is clear that Hayat’s main goal is to help others heal because of her deep and personal appreciation for colonics.Hayat has been a colon hydrotherapist for nearly 18 years and her experience truly shows! She really took her time with me during my sessions and the exchange of energies was very positive. Her presence was nurturing because I felt like she genuinely cared for my health and well being. The most important point I want to make in this review is that, because of how thorough Hayat’s sessions are, I don’t feel the need to get a colonic on a weekly basis, as I was previously doing. Unlike many of my experiences at the other facility, there was zero sense of urgency or rushing. I felt completely at ease and relaxed, knowing that Hayat would take the time she needed in order for me to have a thorough session.Hayat’s method was the most thorough, gentle, and effective I’ve ever experienced.
