The Martin's Funeral Home for Service was wonderful in helping us plan my grandmothers funeral. They are friendly and polite. They were especially great with the zoom that was being held. Many of the elders of my family were in Virginia and unable to come to the funeral. Many of them struggled with Zoom but Tiffany was wonderful with them. I got calls and texts about how patient and lovely she was especially with those who were having a difficult time. She even called my aunt the following Monday and instructed her on how to use or create a zoom meeting going forward. They made the overall process streamlined and this was greatly appreciated.
