Stephan has helped solve two separate issues for me. I have seen several massage therapists for TMJ issues, which usually require multiple appointments to fix. Stephan was able to unravel a particularly fierce attack in just one session. Recently, I’ve been in physical therapy for months with a rotator cuff issue, which was doing nothing. As a last ditch effort, I made an appointment with Stephan and he immediately identified the heart of my issue and started to release it. I only wish I could make time to go more often and actually prevent some of these issues in the first place!
Two - 1hr sessions with Stepan on a short visit to north Jersey and my painfully knotted neck/shoulder muscles and nerves are cathartically relieved, as am I. If I still lived in NNJ, I’d be stopping by every 2 weeks. I’ll absolutely be back again.
Stephan is an outstanding practitioner of deep tissue massage. He’s not only addressing specific issues that I have, but also helping me deal with an overall tightness condition that I’ve been struggling with for as long as I can remember. I’ve sought out a number of massage therapists over the years, and he’s clearly best of class! I look forward to continuing treatment with Stephan as part of my overall wellness regimen.
