Wonderful customer service from start to finish. I had a mirror replaced in a vintage picture frame. It was ready within 24hours, price and craftsmanship were excellent. Highly recommend.
Our bay window glass had a huge crack. I found them on Home Advisor. Ray was very attentive, reasonable pricing and best of all, installed it on the very timeline he gave me. With the quarantine, I was expecting delays but very pleased with the turnaround. His staff was quick and efficient. We are now enjoying our window again. Would definitely recommend.
I brought in two framed autographed posters. The glass on them had shattered years ago and I finally thought to get them fixed. Rob at City Glass was so nice but when I had a concern about the $95 price, Rob explained that the frames would carefully be taken apart, the posters brushed off and everything put back together with new glass. Although he gave me a two-week estimate, I was pleasantly surprised to get Rob's call 6 days later letting me know my posters were ready. My framed artwork looks great again!
