We worked with Caggiano recently for the death of a loved one. From our first interaction to subsequent logistics, we had an extremely positive experience. Upon first meeting, Caggiano greeted us with a warm and respectful manner which we really appreciated. They helped us navigate all of the difficult decisions that go into this kind of moment. All of our arrangements were handled promptly and carefully. They were extremely responsive throughout the process and it felt very nice to have someone that we could count on for all details.
