I Just want to say thanks for not only being a great doctor, but you also make the patient feel they are the most important person alive. Dr.Reed is amazing as is the entire staff. My infusions of Benlysta are always explained to me in detail, there’s a welcoming calm environment. I am a “hard-stick” and it is always a pleasant experience for me. Dr Reed takes time and has excellent bed-side manner. The office is great for lupus warriors!!! Dr. Megid is also a wonderful doctor with excellent patient service. They truly care for their patients.

I have to say... Thursday morning I was calling around looking for a doctor to see my husband on an urgent matter. See he just had found out he has RA and was in a lot of pain and could hardly walk. The front staff listen to my concerns made an appointment for that afternoon. The NP Nicole was so sweet and listen to every concern we both had. She then spoke to the Doctor moved us into another room and the doc came in and sat we us. He came up with a game plan for a treatment went over everything and put my husband and I at ease.
