“I purchased a brand New Newmar RV Freightliner chassis and immediately had a antifreeze leak. Carolina RV where I purchased was very unhelpful but these guys made up for it 10X. I spoke with service mgr Michael who immediately showed concern and offered to have someone come to my house within a week. Very impressive since it was the Christmas week. I told him no rush as long as he got here at some point. He texted Monday and said we can be to you Tuesday morning. Clarence showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem corrected it and took it upon himself to tighten everything that should have been done before I drove it off the lot at Carolina RV which was not done. While waiting for some simple supplies to be delivered Clarence basically went over the entire coach tighten everything and found a softwire recall which also was not addressed by Carolina. Clarence was neat, efficient, concerned and extremely personable. Campbell's is top notch and I would recommend them hands down. What great service. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you“

“I walked in to ask if my log splitter cylinder could be welded pat suggested I remove it from the frame and bring it in I did so and it was able to get the weld it needed. Fast and clean work I will continue to use them when needed. Thank you Pat for great work and fast service.“
