So happy with the haircut and haircolor and the service i got at Cecilia’s ! Rosa did a fantastic job at both hair color and haircut and i got so many compliments on the blowout and curls she gave!

Attempted to make an appointment 3x since the beginning of March. Left my name and number as directed never got a response. Since Mona left this place has not been worth it. Time to move on .No respect for their clients
