I believe so much to what Carefinders stands for! Staff and Management commit to the company's vision! Positive atmosphere and opportunities to grow within the company!!!

My mom has had CareFinders for years. She has multiple sclerosis and is severely disabled. She depends on her aides to be at her home at their scheduled times but more often than not, their staff is unpredictable and do not show up or there are frequent mix ups. Talks with managers don't seem to rectify the issues. Listening to my mother cry at the end of my day is the last thing I want to hear. I don't understand why it's so hard to keep staff assigned to their respective clients? This is not a favorable “care finding†facility.

Don't use this company. There staff are so lazy that they can not call to verify any of the services. They wait for you to do the work for them or to be handed to them. I asked to speak to supervisor and got the same girl repeating herself to me. Find another company that will make your life easier to care for your love ones!
