Frank is very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition, he has among the best prices locally. The vinyl plank floor installation is done by a regular contractor to Burroughs. The installer, Gus, was most personable, skilled in his craft, and knowledgable. He and his assistant did a beautiful job.
