I chose John Asch for several reasons. They have installed and serviced most of the roofs in my development for over 30 years. They do not require any payment up front; only when the job is done to the homeowner's satisfaction. Jason Asch presented himself with knowledge and professionalism, quoting a price in the range of the competition. So, with their reputation it was easy to choose Asch Contracting. Obviously during the work day, my house was a mess outside. When they were done and left, it looked like no one had been there! Great job!
On Mother's Day, May12, 2024, I discovered a crack in one of my bedroom ceilings. It was raining and water was dripping from the crack onto the furniture and carpet. After some of my panic had subsided, I remembered my cousin recently had a lot of work done by John Asch Roofing and had nothing but praise for the workers and the job they did. John returned my call, on Mother's Day. Based on my description of the problem and his assessment, he told me one of his men would contact me in the morning. We had a leak every time it rained and Asch roofing investigated the cause and discovered it was coming from the flashing at the base of our chimney . They gave us a fantastic estimate and sealed the flashing around the chimney. They solved the problem. They are very honest and could have told us that we needed a new roof job. I highly recommend Asch roofing!
