Terrible company. Do NOT use. I specifically asked their reps who came to my house if certain stains will be removed from the rug and they said yes. That’s the only reason I gave them the rug for cleaning. They charged me $$$$ (there are many other companies who are cheaper and more honest about the process) and then the rug came back with all the same stains. When I called to complain, the owner said in the most obnoxious way “Did you read the receipt! It says stains can’t be removed”…. Stay away from this con artists.
Aladdin not only cleaned my special rug but repaired it without a trace of the repair. It looks perfect and you would never know it had a significant hole before the repair. They are prompt, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!
