I can't say enough good things about Pro Heating & Cooling!After being "taken" by a seedy contractor, then put off by several others, Tom came in told me in detail what needed to be done to fixed the mess I had been left. He was honest with me and did his best to give me the air conditioning that worked best for my home with a price I could afford.He was on time every day, cleaned up every day before he left and best of all.....he did everything he said he would do. He answered all my questions or showed me if possible, what he did as a contractor and he explained to me how to up keep my system to prevent any future problems. Finally a company that is honest and reliable!! After going through several contractors, and then getting ripped off by another, I called Pro. They came in, fixed what others had messed up and now I have central air!! It took a few tweaks to get it right as my system is new except some duct that is original to my home. Tom took the time to explain how the system worked and what we could do to make it as efficient as possible at the least amount of expense. Pro Heating and Cooling will be doing all my air conditioning service from now on.
