Exceptional customer service by Dave, Tom and Keira. Everyone is knowledgeable, pleasant, obviously know the product and easy to deal with. Floor is beautiful and very durable as I have 2 small dogs who like to run and jump on it. No scratches!!! Awesome. Excellent price and I couldn’t ask for a better customer experience !!! I had some flooring already in my house when I bought it.... They matched it up and ordered me more that I needed for another room. Man I never would have guessed that it would be that easy. But I ordered it and in a few days they had the exact flooring and it matched beautifully !! That is what great service is all about .... Exceeding the customers expectations !!
