had an appointment with someone from L&D, who was supposed to come to my house on Friday to give me an estimate on work I want done. They never showed up, and didn't even bother to call to say they weren't coming. VERY unprofessional. I'll find someone else who at least has the common courtesy to call and cancel an appointment
