“I would give 6 stars if I could!! Absolutely amazing company. Lightning struck my condensing unit and fried a bunch of components in the air handler/furnace and the thermostat. The internal temperature of the house was over 83 degrrees. Made a call to Biles and they had someone at my house within an hour. They had to run out and grad new parts and a new thermostat, came back and installed it. My air was back up and running in a couple hours. They then called me again to make sure everything was still good. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.“

“Update: John Sudia unfortunately passed away in November of 2023. We'd had him over several times in the last few years to do work for us. He was a nice man, a reliable electrician and will be missed. When we have need of another electrician I'd love to use his assistant Alex, but unfortunately I have no way to contact him. I hope that the good work they did together continues.We had three electricians come over to give an estimate for multiple small jobs (installing 2 outlets, installing a ceiling fan in a room without one, moving some switches, installing a switch, installing a cable hook up in a room without one) and John was not only the least expensive, but the most responsive and quickest. I called him to confirm that we wanted him to do the work and he offered to come over that day and "start" the work, which ended up being finishing the work. It was great. “This electrical contractor - "Watts Electric" - was recommended to me by a neighbor friend. This company did not disappoint, when it came time to replace my house's original electrical panel and circuit breakers. Got a chance to meet both Jimmy and John - brothers who are co-owners of their company. Jimmy did the required paperwork for the permit relating to the job at my house. And John was timely and professional when he came to do the actual job at my house. He was also very courteous, patient and knowledgeable with the many questions that I had asked of him.
