“Wonderful doctor. Way going, flexible, knowledgeable. The best parts are the efficiency of getting an appointment, he runs on-time, and he’s not an alarmist. He doesn’t overdo treatment. Hes got a good bedside manner and is friendly but all biz. Highly recommend. I’ve taken my athlete daughter to him three times for various injuries and mild scoliosis.“

The professionalism, positivity and warmth you feel walking into that office is something that is invaluable for families who put trust in a medicine group with the health of their child! My daughter saw Dr. Mallon the first year of her life. When she retired, we were distraught but we started seeing doctor Nielsen and it has been just as much a positive and fulfilling experience. “The facility itself is great but the billing practices makes it so i wont ever come back here. I came here after verifying it was in network with my insurance company. A couple months later i received a 500 dollar bill because despite the facility being in network the doctor was not. Nobody ever informed me. So i basically am being forced to pay 500 for a covid test and a conversation with a doctor who couldnt even do anything because i was pregnant.Edit: I did hear back from this location almost immediately after posting this and wanted to post an update. They did address my issue and it seems to be just a mistake that they were able to rectify. LIke i stated the actual service provided here really is great compared to many of the other urgent cares in the area.“
