“I sought treatment due to TMJ Disorder, which causes tension in my head, face, jaw and neck. I felt my body has been out of balance for quite sometime and heard good things about myofascial release techniques. I’m so glad I found Thien! He truly is phenomenal at his craft. After the first 30 minutes session I felt like many of the muscles in my head and face had opened up. He also spent time with me discussing the importance of good posture and I have been working on it ever since! For my next session which was a full hour, Thien worked on my whole body, relieving many areas of tension. When finished, I felt more balanced and like a pressure/weight had been taken off me.
