Taylor provided the most reasonable estimate with the best equipment. They were available to install as soon as we agreed on the proposal. They do quality work. And they stand by their work with a 24/7 contract. I highly recommend!

Responsive, quick, professional, fair priced and broke things down into understandable terminology. I never felt pressured or like I was being “sold” on anything… just this is what’s wrong, this is how to fix it (AC), here are your options and this is when we can be here. They were not the lowest estimate, not the highest estimate but the company we felt most comfortable with. We had a family friend (who was not able to fix or help us due to an injury) look at it prior and confirmed exactly what Bill Taylor Heating and Air said was wrong with it with no up selling.
