While the equipment is decent, there are suggestions for improvement in the free weight area, as some equipment is older and could use more plates. Overall, Retro Fitness is a fantastic place to work out, with everything needed to get into shape, making it a preferred choice for many.
It's a little on the small side for free weights (2 squat racks and 1 deadlift platform), but At the time I signed up it was only $20/ month, and for that price point this is an incredible gym. Plenty of cardio equipment and machines.
We come here due to proximity to our home, but always feel welcome when warmly greeted by Linda! She is great, super personable and takes the time to build a relationship with all members. She is definitely a value to Retro and makes the experience that much more enjoyable. The staff make the gym a great place to get a workout in. ??
Pretty nice gym with a good vibe. Equipment is decent as far as weight machines. Where they should invest is in the free weight area some if the equipment is older and kind of beat up, and they definitely need more plates.
