Several ears ago we had our basement windows replaced by Prown's. One of the window sections needed to be replaced. The windows had a lifetime guarantee that Prown's honored. They replaced the defective window section without any problem. It is refreshing to know in the current business environment that such business owners as Prown's honors & respectfully handles/ed this issue.

After consulting with other window replacement companies, especially the big, advertised ones, Prowns was not only the most affordable, but their experience and quality was far above the rest. We replaced two patio sliders in a retirement townhouse and Prowns made getting approvals simple because they already knew the Community's requirements. That's the extra service you get when you deal with long-time, local vendor. The crew was on-time, experienced and professional. Prowns is all about product and people; their windows and doors are excellent, and their crews are outstanding. Don't call them last, make Prowns your first call and you're done.

Prown's on Rte 35 in Middletown is No. 1 in our book! Having moved into our home less than a year ago, we knew would need to purchase a new entry door, sidelight and storm door as well as blinds throughout our home. From start to finish, these installations were done with such courtesy and professionalism. You could just tell from the owner to his employees, all take pride in their work. My husband and I are so happy we chose Prown's to do these jobs!
