I am a new patient to the practice. I came for a covid swab because Medical Art Center is one of the few places in the Northeast that gives you PCR covid results in less than one hour. My family of 8 needed PCR tests same-day due to travel. MAC accepted what my insurance paid even though my EOB showed a higher amount. I have a zero balance with them. I got tested 4 times now because of exposure and symptoms, and each time I had no problem. I was so impressed with their professionalism and care that I have made Dr. Bazerbashi my primary practice. They are phenomenal and really take their time with patients. I would highly recommend and wish I found him sooner. Thank you staff and Dr!
