I have been getting my dog groomed in Brooklyn where we use to live and the girls did an ok job because my little dog wears a diaper or he would pee everywhere he gets matted underneath so they shave his hair. We moved to NJ a couple of months ago and the first time I took him to a place here and when I picked him up I just started to cry and I said what did you do to my dog and I didn’t even care about her response he didn’t even look like my dog he was close to bald and then someone told me about Hotel for Dogs and I was so amazed how incredible he looked better than any place I ever took him I just love the way he looks. Baxter has been going to Hotel for Dogs for about 5 years. He absolutely loves it. The staff goes above and beyond. He gets all his grooming appointments here as well and always looks handsome! I’ve never had to worry dropping him off.

Went to the photos with santa event. Staff was very pleasant. They had snacks out for the dogs and their humans :) it was decorated very cute with a private room for you to take the pictures with santa so your dog isn't distracted. Love that I was able to buy great priced clothing for my dog and that it went to a rescue / adoption center. There wasn't alot of parking and we didn't know we needed to make appointments once we were there but it still went pretty quick and very smooth overall. We received our pictures digitally within a day or two.
