We bought from them a York complete system when we moved here in 2011 and have called them on a few occasions for maintenance; they are reliable and their prices are fair, unlike other well known names in the market.

I've used Victor's for the last 5 years as I have 2 York systems. They replaced a coil on one unit as it was leaking. Just had them out on the other 5 ton unit yesterday. Moe did a great job. Hats off to Sue as she made it happen. They are really busy but she ensured (even with overtime) that they got me squared away. Sue has a tough job dealing with customers and her own team. She is the best. Victor's - work had to keep her.

We recently had a motor replaced. The service was excellent. The technician that came to our home he was very professional, neat and clean.
He diagnosed the problem and gave us a great price for a blower motor.
