I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you. Carmen calmly solved an agitated situation with a raccoon in our attic. She was able to catch the raccoon in one day, and she calmly took it away after days of terror for my family and destruction in my attic, lol.

Had a cockroach INFESTATION and Carmen came immediately & sorted it out for us. She always picks up the phone, is reliable and quick, and the roaches have not returned for a whole year & counting! It was also a great price, was not intrusive, and took maybe one to two hours. There was no smell and whatever was used is safe for pets because my cats are doing great. She also gave us tips to keep the roaches out.
Within a few days from the initial visit, I saw no more roaches!
