As a resident of Bound Brook, New Jersey, I always look for trustworthy and quality laundry services. I was extremely pleased to discover A-1 Dry Cleaners Bound Brook! This is undoubtedly the best laundry in the area. What impressed me the most was the impeccable quality of the service provided. The washing and pressing of my dress shirts were done perfectly, leaving them spotless and looking like new. And the best part: for only $2.75 per shirt, it's a truly affordable price for the excellent quality I received!Furthermore, they offer a variety of services, from clothing and accessory repairs to dry cleaning. It's amazing to be able to rely on a place that offers so many...read full review
My husband & I have been using this dry cleaner for the past 6 months b/c we recently moved to the area. They always have everything done on time, they are reasonably priced, and we are very satisfied with their service.
My whole family has been using this dry cleaner for years for everything from suits and ties to military uniforms to winter coats. They do a great job and are one of the cheapest cleaners around here. Most recently, I brought in two winter coats to be cleaned and it cost me $27. I regularly entrust them with both my bright white trench and my cream-colored pea coat and they always come back in perfect condition. The owner is very knowledgeable and offers honest advice/suggestions, even if it costs him business. For example, I brought in a leather belt after wearing it to a fish market. (It reeked. Ugh.) He suggested that rather than cleaning it, I just air it out for a few days to see if the smell went away naturally. Since I'd already tried it, I told him I still wanted it cleaned. They don't do their own leather cleaning; they send it out once a week. So he goes, "How much are you willing to spend to clean it? It may just be cheaper to get a new one." We agreed on a maximum price ($10) and he said that if it was going to cost more than that, he would just hang on to it and give it back when I picked up my other clothes. I moved to another town a few years ago, but I still make the drive to this cleaner because I trust them so much. Last thing: All of their cleaning is buy-one-get-one-half-off, so it's in your best interest to bring in two (or four or six ... ) items at a time.
