I scheduled a time with my 4 year old and the gentleman who scheduled the time was not there. We sat and waited for my daughter to get 5 min of time from the instructor there. Part of the reason I was introduce my daughter to martial arts was to learn discipline and structure and she learned that this place had none on her first lesson.

My son started attending Karate at Martial Arts of South Jersey the first of this year and we absolutely love it! 4 1/2 months in and I have already seen a wonderful change and growth in him. He does a better job listening and following instructions as well as showing respect. I feel like he has learned about setting goals, working hard, and also improved his confidence. It has also sparked a new interest in him of getting stronger and making healthy choices which I love to see. Instructor Amy is wonderful and I would recommend this program to any parent!

My son started the program in April and has loved it!! We have seen a boost of confidence in him, which is exactly what we were hoping for!!! He enjoys going and never gives us a problem when we say to get his uniform on. We are looking forward to the next year to see how much he improves!! Great program for kids!
