Called for AC repair..tech showed up 20 mins later and fixed issue in 15 mins!! Tyler was super informative on explaining issue and solutions...truck had part i needed even though my unit is older than rust! I'll refer Dormann's to anybody that needs AC/heating issues or needs...A+++ company & service!
My AC unit stopped working last night and they managed to come out and fix it the same day I called. The technician was prompt, professional, and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue. The service was top-notch, and I appreciated their clear communication. Highly recommend Dorman's for their reliable and timely service!
It is great to have a dependable local company for your AC/heating needs. I was working with another company to fix a pool heating problem, I was frustrated and called Dormann who stepped in and honored the other company quote to fix the problem and completed the job quickly. Great Service!!!
