Over the course of 12 months, I got to know Dave Rybinski (owner of Unique Construction Enterprises). Dave is a skilled craftsman and a technically competent carpenter. His considerable experience building complex structures is based on a thorough understanding of architectural plans, construction best practices, construction materials, and building codes.Dave is also a hard-working individual and his business style ensures he only hires top-notch craftsmen (employees and subcontractors) for core construction activities such as framing, roofing, siding, and finishing work. Had a small problem that occurred almost a year after work was completed and I contacted Dave. He responded by coming to my home the next day and repaired the work by the following week. He stands by his work and was a pleasure to deal with.
We hired Unique Construction to build a deck on the back of our home. Dave and his workers were simply amazing. The craftsmanship was top-notch and the deck came out perfect. We were so impressed that we also hired them to do a full addition to our home. The addition was flawless ! ! ! ! ! ! No seams or "ridges" from the old roof line to the new one. The workers were on time, neat and cleaned up after each day. We were so impressed with Dave and Unique Construction that they are doing work on both of our sons homes. Dave is an honest, hard-working man who keeps his word and delivers on his promises. Hire him, you'll be impressed too ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
