“The place is clean and organized. I used the Groupon for the couples massage which was worth it, but I wouldn't spend the extra $10 on the deep tissue massage again. It was a little distasteful with the number of signs on how much one should be tipping!“

“I had a great experience with The Key Look. Keziah was so pleasant to work with as we coordinated the details for hair and makeup for me and my bridal party. She was warm and communicative. She was always proactive about getting in touch which is something that was very much appreciated while my fiancé and planned our own wedding.

The day of I had a great team: Ebone, NeKea and Rossy. They were prompt and everyone’s hair and make up turned out beautifully. They also brought tons of energy and good vibes. As someone who doesn’t often wear make up and who has never done a full face, Rossy did a wonderful job on my make up so that it showed up well in pictures but did not feel heavy or unnatural. Ebone did a great job pivoting from the style we initially discussed and creating a hair look that accounted for my concerns on the day of my wedding.

“Geeta is incredible at what she does. She is both detail-oriented and has an artist's touch. I've included a picture from my wedding: I had a blowout at a different salon since my wedding was in a different state, but Geeta set my hair up perfectly for the style I wanted. She even thought to cut the face-framing layers at a particular height so that they would fall perfectly by the time of my event a couple weeks later. She also does an exceptional job on brows.

She custom made my foundation and concealer and I was so happy with it as I always have a difficult time with color matching and my sensitive skin. I went back and worked with Nicole who is also very amazing and listened to exactly what I was looking for and I purchased eyeliners, lip liner, customs made : liquid eye shadows, lip gloss, setting powder, blush, bronzer and I am so happy with everything.
