I have spent time in a LOT of nail salons and Lavo completely blows any other spot out of the water. Every single employee is so kind and welcoming. They go above and beyond every time and try to fit you in if you ever are in a bind. I love their texting service for appointment reminders too.
On top of that, I go to Kim. I found her about a year or so ago and she is the most lovely woman. I look forward to my appointments because she is just so fun to talk to. I will walk in and sit down and she’ll have an idea of a color for me to do (I’m super boring and natural but she always gets me to love something a little new and different for me). Been searching for a new nail salon and I hope I found it. Lori took her time to repair my nails and I left happier than expected. I walked in and was able to book a same day appointment. Very clean and friendly. Would've given them 5 stars but they didn't tell me until the end they added $10 because of the more " intensive manicure" not exactly sure what that meant but it would've been more courteous to have let me know as a first time client they wouldn't charge me or let me know before the end of the service. Only accepts cash or Venmo.

I love LAVO nail salon. First Iove them because they all understand English and they speak English. They are on appointments base most of the time and very accurate for time. All artists are very professional. I feel little pricey than around the area but I love there services so would not mind to pay. They also interact with customers while providing services so it’s not boring to sit there at all. I tried so many around the area not now I m not leaving this one.
