Every technician that has ever been to our house has been great, super friendly and very helpful in making sure that our A/C system is well maintained and will remain that way for the foreseeable future. Bill Leary has taken good care of our equipment and we will continue to stay with them!
In 2024 they installed a new furnace, since our old furnace broke down on the coldest day of winter - of course. They did a very professional installation. Next season in summer, (2025), we decided to install a mini-split a/c unit for the upstairs portion of our home. Its an older home and the existing vents are insufficient in quantity and function. Window A/C;s are out of the question - ugly and noisy! Of course our first thought was to call Bill Leary Co. Their rep. Allen, took the time to explain all the details of the installation and their technician Anthony arrived the next day and did a wonderful job with the whole project. The team did a great job. Allen came by same day on a Monday to take a look and assess the apparent 30+ year old system. We had another quote that was a lot more than expected, and the quote + warranty was very reasonable, and they were able to answer questions about which systems needed (and did not need) to be replaced.
Dan H, Ryan B, David L, and more helped over the next 3 days to get the whole thing replaced and the dual zone system working again. Greatly appreciate their promptness and professionalism throughout, and answering any and all questions. Would definitely recommend!
