“My need for exploring renovation options started when I became unable to use my bathroom because it was too small to reconfigure for wheelchair access. After receiving many estimates, I chose CGT. Not only did they propose the lowest cost, but the owner was eager to understand my situation and determine exactly what I needed. Together, we decided to use an adjacent room to create a new, much larger bathroom and convert the old bathroom into a “roll-in” closet.As construction progressed, I found that the project manager and workers were always on time, professional, competent, and very approachable. The all-important communication process (within CGT and between CGT and me) was ongoing, productive, and reassuring; we were a “team” and everyone was on the same page.
