We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted, or how the spaces were going to be set up, but she worked with me every step of the way to make sure everything turned out perfectly. She was super flexible too, always available for a call and would quickly update the proposal as things changed leading up to the day. I appreciated being able to order arrangements a la carte as well, since we had a small wedding and didn’t need too many arrangements. I requested sunflowers as they are my favorite flowers and Bernice helped my chose colors that went with my bridesmaids dresses as well as flowers that allowed me to stay in my budget. “I am at this location at least once a week . I always have a pleasant interaction with employees because most of them know me by seeing me . Today was a day that Nicole at the door checking out guest apparently wasn’t having a good day . We had two shopping carts but used two cards . Instead of her listening to what I had to say , when I pulled the item up that I had for it to be scanned . She says to me “ and you act like that and have a Bible in your cart “ . First and foremost when is associates concerned with what people purchase ? Her attitude sucked . I spoke with Taylor the manager on duty and explained what happened . I will be speaking to the store manager tomorrow . Somethings is unacceptable to let come out your mouth . It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and she was very unprofessional. Other customers were looking like wow did she really say that to another customer . I will be reporting her to corporate as well“
