Literally the worst kind of people you want in your home. I worked here for about 2 months and I know what kind of people they are. DONT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME. The OWNER of the company is the biggest scumbag of them all. Apparently he was an ex navy seal so that would explain why he's such a soulless human being. I worked with 5 other guys, plus the partner of the company, Josh Bowes, I'll get to him later, and there were so many horror stories of this owner named Lenny. Stories of him throwing hammers at co workers. Him yelling and screaming at people until they cried. I also have a story of this soulless being. One day I was screwing in a light fixture and I didn't know which type of screw I needed to put the light in. So as an apprentice, they told me ALL THE TIME to ask questions, so I asked Lenny which screw would be the right one for this light? All he does is look at me and than grab the back of my neck forcing me to look at the screw that I needed which I was on the ground. He started screaming at me while forcefully grabbing my neck saying " it's right here, I'm holding you like a f****** dog!" He let's go and stares at me with evil in his eyes and than says "what are you a f****** moron?" And then walks away. Oh and you know who was there the whole time to witness that? The PARTNER, Josh Bowes. He didn't do or say a f****** thing. I felt like I was in a mad house with them. You could only pray for these kind of people because they literally don't have souls or any moral instincts. The "Golden Boy" as they referred to him, Tom, wanted to be like Lenny so bad. So imagine me, a 18 year old just trying to learn a trade off these people, having to deal with 3 mentally insane adults that ran the company. And it trickled down to the other 3 guys that were just sad and depressed working there. Lenny would call the other electrician, Brandon, a f****** idiot everyday bc he would mess something up. Lenny had the biggest crush on this other apprentice named Charlie. Which leads me to my next thing is that Lenny and Josh were very unprofessional and just flat out uncomfortable to be around. They would literally flirt with each other. One time Josh was jabbing Lenny's junk while he was standing on a ladder right in front of me. There was an apprentice before me that filed for a HIB against them for making uncomfortable remarks towards him. When I say them, I'm pretty much speaking about Josh and Lenny. Also a HIB is a anti bullying thing that you can place on people. So bottom line is DO NOT hire this company or let these people in your homes. If either Josh or Lenny sees this, you guys can go f*** yourselves.
