“First of all, don't ever go to a big box store looking for a bathroom remodel. We had a few salesman come by and our impression was that they were merely trying to sell us something just so they can collect a commission check. I don't blame them for thinking that way, but they never acted like they cared about our needs or what we wanted. Those conversations were "Hi. How are you? You want a new bathroom? Here: pick something out of this book. We have a sale going on right now that will expire tomorrow so you need to pick something today!" It just felt rushed and made us uncomfortable.Arnie was amazing to work with! We had a bathroom in desperate need of renovation. We weren't the original owners and guessed the bathroom was about 25 years old. Arnie sat down with us and talked about our needs rather than trying to sell us something. This is the mark of a good salesman! After our discussion we decided to go with Arnie and was greatly impressed with the results!Fast forward about a year and we notice water marks on the level below the bathroom. We called our local plumber to investigate and had 2 options: replace the pipe or patch it and hope for the best. I called Arnie right away to see what he could do about since this was still technically under warranty. He wasn't angry or tried to point the finger at anyone. I mention this because I have had contractors in the past point fingers when something goes wrong on their work. We thought the best bet was to replace the pipe with our plumber since this was his true expertise. Arnie was a gentleman about it and agreed to come back and fix our drywall at no cost to us! Thank you Arnie for making good on your promises! I will definitely recommend your services in the future to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel.“

“Billy and his team were very professional, responsive to our needs, and communicative. We had our basement finished (about 1,000 sq ft) and the project was well managed and clean. Billy and team worked around our schedule and provided insights along the way. Having a 2.5 year old running around the house, it was important to us to have the path from the front door through the kitchen to the basement door (we don’t have a walkout basement) cleaned each day to ensure nothing dangerous could get into the hands or mouth of our son. Dream Concepts did just that ( of course there is dust from dry wall and some cleaning we had to do but it was expected due to the nature of a renvo). Billy was involved and available to answer questions as they arose, and his team was quickly to adopt to any real time feedback we provided to them (for example, if we wanted a wall moved over a foot, change the type of molding and door trim, or change the size of a closest). As with any project, regardless of the contractor, I would recommend walking the work site at the end of the day/ every few days to ensure the work product and design is what you envisioned in your mind as it’s easier to address changes real time, if needed. “I found out about Wayne as he was the contractor that installed the new septic tank at my house for the previous owner before I bought the place. He did a great job on that septic system and I've used him several times for other excavating needs since.Most recently he replaced underground power line to a shed for me, and he also excavated behind and repaired a brick retaining wall at my house that was pushing in from being built improperly by the previous owner.Wayne does all the work himself, so he makes sure everything is done absolutely right, there's no subcontractors or helpers to cut corners or screw up the job. “I found Charlie Snowder through Google. We were looking for someone to remove a load bearing wall in our house to open things up. It wasn't a simple, straight forward remodel since it was load bearing and in addition was supporting a huge beam in one of the rooms. Charlie came over and took a look, gave us some on the spot design and construction information. He consulted with a structural engineer and got back to us with a quote within a few days. Once we gave him the go ahead and signed some paperwork, work started within a few days. Each of the tradesmen he sent to our house wore a mask and were very neat and kept things tidy. We had several different crews doing different aspects of work. Charlie kept us informed ahead of each crew as to who was coming and when. I did call him once with something I noticed that needed some touching up, he sent someone over that afternoon and did it. The end result is gorgeous! They did a wonderful job.
