Virtua Primary Care is a professionally run facility with caring and informative staff. Their Nurse Practitioners, including Heather Giuliano NP, provide excellent care and help patients improve their health. Telemed visits are thorough and comfortable. The facility is well-located with easy parking, and appointments are on-time. Although some billing errors may occur, the overall experience is positive, and patients are happy with the care and service provided. The staff is nice and focused on improving patients' health.
My experience at Virtua Family Care of Medford is always positive! From the welcome when walking through the automatic doors through the newly redesigned check-out encounter, the staff and Providers are the best at making one feel valued and cared for.
Pro - Dr Necsutu is the best at her job.Con - Was billed twice for my copay. I was instructed to swipe and sign 2 times. Apparently, the payment did not go thru the first time. That was an error.
Their Nurse Practitioners are amazing, their billing is clear, their appointments are on-time, their facility is well located with easy parking. But the main thing is how Heather Giuliano NP has helped my health and Paula Preston-Smith got my teen's care and school forms on track. Just fabulous.
